At the heart of everything we do is a simple but powerful belief: when people are equipped with the right tools and mindset, there’s no challenge they can’t tackle. Our goal is to walk alongside our clients, helping them build the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they need to face obstacles with confidence, clarity, and a real sense of capability.
I’m not here to just hand over answers; we’re here to help you find your own — and feel great doing it.
“Every child, regardless of ability, deserves the tools, support, and belief that they can rise to meet their potential.”
Dr. Andrea Larmon
School-based Services
Schools are extraordinary places, full of curiosity, growth, connection, and possibility. But when challenging behaviors show up in the classroom, they can disrupt not just one child’s learning experience, but the entire learning community around them. Teachers feel stretched. Students feel frustrated. Families feel worried. And everyone wonders what do we do next?
Family-based Services
Every family has its own unique rhythm, its own beautiful story, and its own set of challenges. And when those challenges feel bigger than the everyday, when behavior at home feels overwhelming, communication feels strained, or you simply aren’t sure how to best support your child, having a trusted, compassionate expert in your corner can make all the difference in the world.
Professional Development
Compliance is a promise, a commitment to ensuring that every child receives the individualized, high-quality services they are legally entitled to and wholeheartedly deserve. It requires expertise, diligence, and a clear and honest look at whether the programs and practices in place are truly delivering what they should.

I’d Love to Help
Dr. Larmon’s Experience With…
BCBA Services
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or BCBA, is a highly trained specialist in understanding human behavior — and more importantly, in helping people thrive.
BCBAs study the science of behavior to uncover the “why” behind the way people act, feel, and respond to the world around them. Rather than simply addressing challenging behaviors on the surface, a BCBA digs deeper to understand the root causes and designs individualized, compassionate strategies that create meaningful and lasting change.
At the heart of every BCBA’s work is one simple goal, to help every child live their happiest, most fulfilling life.
School Psychologist Services
A School Psychologist is so much more than a tester or evaluator, they are a caring advocate, a thoughtful problem-solver, and a trusted partner for children, families and schools.
School Psychologists are uniquely trained to understand the connection between a child’s emotional well-being, learning experiences and overall development. Their work is rooted in one unwavering belief: that every child deserves the support, understanding and opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
At the heart of Dr. Andrea’s school psychology services is one simple but powerful commitment: to ensure that no child is ever overlooked, misunderstood, or left without the support they need to thrive. Through comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized evaluations, Dr. Andrea helps families and schools gain the clarity, understanding and direction they need to open the right doors for every child.

My Approach & Philosophy
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been passionate about learning and even more so about the incredible people we get to learn with. That’s really what drew me to education in the first place: the chance to connect with and inspire the next generation of learners and educators.
Over the years, my journey as a teacher, administrator, and consultant has shaped the way I think about what great education truly looks like. I’ve grown from focusing on how I teach to deeply centering the full experience of every student, family, and staff member I have the privilege of working with.
At the heart of it all, I’m a lifelong learner, and nothing brings me more joy than igniting that same love of learning in others.
